Elsaeed is the General Manager and partner of Sadco
Engineering Works and the General Manager of Alahli Club for
Automobile services , he is a member of the American Society of
Civil Engineers, Egyptian Society of Civil Engineers , Egyptian
Businessmen's Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in
Egypt . |

Dr. Elsaeed holds a B.Sc. , M.Sc. and Ph.D. in
Civil Engineering and Business Administration studies from Ain Shams
University , Texas A&M University and Harvard University. He has
published several research papers in the USA, Europe and Egypt and
currently teaches Civil Engineering classes and supervises M.Sc. and
Ph.D. students.
Dr. Elsaeed was elected the International Director of the American
Society of Civil Engineers (2001-2004) as the first Board Member of
the Society from outside North America in ASCE's 150 years and is
currently serving as the President of the elected Local People's
Council for Heliopolis district in Cairo for a term of 6 years
starting 2002 . |
